Shipment Processing time
Most orders are processed next day or 1 up to 4 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
Shipping Rates
Shipping charges and delivery estimates for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We guarantee we will ship at the lowest shipping fee, if we find a lower shipping rate we will issue a refund on shipping overages.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Damages
Coquina's Clay Art Supplies IS NOT responsible for damages that occur to orders after they leave our facility. We will help to file a claim with the shipping carrier, but to file a claim, but it will not be responsibility, and you will have to wait for a final decision through the corresponding parcel service, We need documentation to proceed. Please submit good, high quality photos of the box, packing, and items damaged to: coquinasporcelanart@gmail.com as soon as possible. Please DO NOT destroy or trash any packaging or products unless directed to me.
Coquina's Porcelana will work with you to help facilitate a refund or replacement, but in order to do that, we have to have the proper documentation to file a claim with the shipping carrier.
International Shipping Policy
We ship Worldwide
⚘️Customs Procedures and Duties are charged according to the policies imposed in each Country and are beyond my control. The policy is the same for international shipments.

Incorrect Shipping Information
If a package is returned to Coquina's Clay Art Supplies due to an incorrect shipping address provided by a customer, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost as well as the re-delivery cost. Coquina's Clay Art Supplies is not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect shipping information provided by a customer, or delivered by mistake to another address by the shipping carrier, It will be the client's responsibility to file the corresponding report with the carrier. Coquinas Clay Art Supplies will support you with all the information needed as proof for the package insurance claim (if it was insured) by the carrier. Coquina's is not responsible for packages not delivered correctly by the carrier, in this case if they are returned to Coquina's due to the carrier's error, it is the Customer's responsibility to pay the shipping again, since it was not an error when the guide was generated, and the Customer will take that responsibility.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Coquina's Clay Art Supplies is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. If you believe your package has been stolen or misdelivered, please contact your local post office or UPS. Also ask your neighbors, sometimes packages get dropped off on the wrong porch or mailbox. Upon inquiry Coquina's Clay Art Supplies will confirm delivery to the provided address, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate. If you think your package has been stolen please file a police report as it can be useful when making an insurance claim.
The risk of damage or loss to packages sent for delivery becomes the buyer's responsibility once we transfer the packages to the carrier. Shipping and delivery dates are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. We are not responsible for any shipping delays.

⚘️ En las Ventas de Moldes y Colecciones en la que las Artesanas y Creadoras que ofrecen clases al comprar la Coleccion, Coquina's no se responsabiliza ni esta obligada a brindar accesos a las clases, si la artesana que saco la coleccion no cumple con lo prometido, Coquina's es independiente a ese tema ya que comprenderas que compras los Moldes y se te envian, mas no se puede tener control con las Maestras que ofrecen las clases, si no estas de acuerdo con este termino, por favor NO COMPRES la Coleccion, ya que Coquina's solo Distribuye y Envia el producto y esto no sera motivo para que tu pidas ningun tipo de devolucion, cancelacion o reembolso, ya que esto es ajeno al producto que se envia. Deberas primero contactarte con Coquina's para posible solucion y de ser aprobado algun acuerdo, deberas de devolver integro el envio (sin uso de moldes, y que incluya el estado en el que se te envio, incluido regalos) para poder reembolsar el producto dentro de 2 dias habiles maximo, ya que recuerda que las ventas son finales y no hay devoluciones.
Before Purchasing Collections, Please Read Carefully:
⚘️ Regarding sales of Molds and Collections where artisans and creators offer accompanying classes: Coquina's assumes no responsibility—nor is it under any obligation—to provide access to said classes should the artisan who released the collection fail to fulfill their promises. Coquina's operates independently of this matter; as you will appreciate, you are purchasing the Molds themselves—which are duly shipped to you—but we cannot exercise control over the instructors who offer the associated classes. If you do not agree with this term, please DO NOT PURCHASE the Collection. Coquina's acts solely as a distributor and shipper of the physical product; therefore, issues regarding the accompanying classes do not constitute grounds for requesting any form of return, cancellation, or refund, as this matter is entirely separate from the product being shipped. You must first contact Coquina's to seek a potential resolution. Should an agreement be reached, you will be required to return the entire shipment in full (ensuring the molds remain unused and that the package is returned in the exact condition in which it was sent to you, including any complimentary gifts) in order to receive a refund for the product. Refunds will be processed within a maximum of two business days. Please remember that all sales are final, and returns are generally not accepted.
